FRESH HERB DRESSING

Ingredients

Large handful of mixed fresh herbs – e.g. basil, tarragon, sage, mint and parsley

5 tbsp Mrs. Middleton’s Rapeseed Oil

1 clove garlic

Juice of half a lemon

Salt and pepper

Method

Put all of the ingredients into a food processor and whizz together for a half a minute or so, until the mixture is coarsely blended.

Toss through warm new potatoes, shredded cooked chicken, any chunky salad or plain, buttery pasta.
