MRS MIDDLETON'S PLAIN NATURAL WHITE AND WHOLEMEAL STONEGROUND FLOUR
Our finest Gallant wheat is milled using natural water power and traditional methods at Stotfold Mill to produce this artisan bread-making flour.
In 2014 the plain natural white flour won a Great Taste Awards gold star. The judges comments were:
"Made a perfect loaf of bread, well-risen and with good texture, good crust and pleasant taste. Attractive creamy colour."
The wholemeal flour was launched in spring 2015.
Both are available in 1.5kg bags from selected stockists close to the farm, and from farmers' markets.
